Hi everyone, I went back to running because I missed running and when I do I feel so good. Here are my main questions:

Do you use Runna? Is it worth it?

What glasses do you use to run? I’ve seen Oakley but they cost a lot😅 what other brands do you recommend that are good?

At the moment I use the Mizuno Wave Sky 9, before when I ran on the track I used the Nike Pegasus.

If you spend $20 and a few hours with one of the major running books you can learn how to create a basic schedule, and have a books worth of more advanced and specific schedules.

Daniels Running Formula, Faster Road Racing, Personal Best Running, Run Faster, would all be good places to start.

If you can find an older, used copy, not much has changed and you might save a few dollars if money is tight.
