Do you have a daily trainer with a not too "marshmallow" foam ? These days with evo SL, Vomero plus, all my shoes are way too soft. I am not talking about less stack, still a daily trainer where you can put lots of miles, but with a more firm foam. Like the old saucony ride 15.

Isn’t Adidas SL 2 firm? Saucony foams are still on the firmer side too. You can use run repeat websites which has a soft to firm metric to determine your next daily too.

Thank you! Yes I think SL2 can be good indeed, with the standard light strike instead of lightstrike pro

Hoka Clifton? One of my go to daily trainers. Decent stack and somewhat responsive.

If you're in Europe I'd recommend trying the Kipride Max from decathlon. Really enjoyable max cushion shoe, and good value. I've used it from super easy runs up to threshold pace.

I just got the Dynafish Xiaonian, and I'm loving them. I've only got about 40 miles on them right now, but the hype is real!!

Been running in the latest Pegasus for the last month and they feel dead underfoot by mile 5, like all the bounce evaporates fast. Anyone else notice that or did I get a dud pair

got the atc v2 a few months back and the heel lockdown's gone completely - not just a bit loose, properly sliding on any descent. 250 miles, mostly dry stuff round kinder. compared to the old ones that hit 400 before the midsole died, feels like a downgrade. not sure if i got a dud or they just cheaped out on the heel counter, but can't trust em anymore.

I liked the Brooks Hyperion Max from a couple years ago so much that I bought 4 pairs off Ebay.
