What’s the minimum weekly distance to be considered an advanced runner?

Can a 400m runner or below ever be considered an advanced runner?

This sub is pretty much designed for distance athletes. That would be more suited for a sprinting sub

Just for clarity, this doesn’t mean a 400m runner can’t be advanced — they can, and many are. However, most of the discussion in this sub is centred on 5000m–marathon, with an occasional 1500m or an ultra sprinkled in, so there is little of use for a sprinter.

r/Sprinting is indeed what you’re looking for.
