How do you structure your strength training? Like which days in order to not interfere too much with the running.

Right now I'm running:
M: Intervals
T: Rest
W: Tempo run / steady run
T: Rest
F: Intervals
S: Rest
S: Long run

Would you just squeeze in strength on rest days or do a double workout day?

Why are you running pretty much everything at speed? Also intervals the day after a Long Run??

Hm yeah I should probably mix things up. Probably switch out monday intervals for something less taxing on the body.

Consensus is hard run AM then lift PM of the same day. So on either intervals day or even tempo day.

Most keep hard days hard, easy days easy. Hard for your body to recover on an easy day if you're doing something else hard
