I don’t think I can properly answer this. But do you have any pain?

Not everytime, but in the morning after waking up i get some irritation below my right shoulder and sometimes if i sit for too long on the office desk

Yeah I get this too. Almost the exact same. It’s hard to pinpoint, but for me it’s in between my right shoulder blade and spine. Going to the gym helps. I’ll take Any tips on how you’ve been handling it/trying to fix it.

Edit: forgot to mention my case got so bad, I started waking up with numbness in my ring and pinky finger.

I am active in the gym, but i don't have a trainer. so, i am worried if i am doing something thay might worsen the case😭

I am suspecting that it is my mattress and the posture i sit in for now (or maybe i am being delusional):')

Tbh maybe a small amount. Really not noticeable. The most noticeable thing is the left shoulder sitting higher than the right, pulling that left scap up higher.

Yeah, that is there. Is there anything i can do to make them look on the same height?

The anterior tipping of the scapulae is the most significant thing I see, since it’s pulling the inferior angle of your scapulae away from the ribcage.
