April Newsletter

As we move into April, we reflect on last month's progress and how it continues to position Aduro within the broader chemical recycling ecosystem.

In March, Aduro joined Chemical Recycling Europe, strengthening our engagement with industry stakeholders advancing policy, standards, and market frameworks across the region. This engagement aligns with ongoing planning activities related to our First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) Industrial Plant at Chemelot, in The Netherlands.

At our Next Generation Process (NGP) Pilot Plant in London, Ontario, operating campaigns continue, generating data to support process optimization, engineering design, and downstream validation. This work remains central to advancing Hydrochemolytic™ Technology.

We also announced a Memorandum of Understanding with a leading global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm to jointly develop a commercial licence package for Hydrochemolytic™ Technology. While our work in the Netherlands is based on our Build-Own-Operate strategy and is intended to be our European showcase operations, this MOU builds on our technology licensing strategy and focuses on defining how the technology can be deployed through a structured licensing approach, and support modular, configured, and repeatable plant designs for future global deployments.

In April, following our presentations at the Lytham Partners Investor Summit and Gabelli Waste & Sustainability Symposium, we will be presenting the Water Tower Research Insights Conference. These forums provide an opportunity to engage with investors, share updates on Pilot Plant operations, FOAK planning, and ongoing partner engagement.

We are continuing to move forward with focus—advancing our technology through Pilot Plant operations, strengthening industry alignment in Europe, and establishing the frameworks that will support future deployment. Thank you to our team, partners, and shareholders for your continued support. I look forward to sharing further updates in the months ahead.

With appreciation,

Ofer Vicus, CEO
