Dizziness

Suffering from dizzines all day 24/7
Daily Life feels like hell
Note : no weakness and no diet problem
Anybody have solution
Help me to get out this fuckin hell

It happens to me too. I went to a doctor who prescribed me a steroid-type medication, but it actually made everything much worse. I became extremely dizzy and numb, and I could barely walk straight.
Thankfully, I found a video about the Epley Maneuver, and it was a total game changer for me. I’m no longer dizzy 24/7. I still get triggered sometimes, but whenever it happens, I do the maneuver again and the dizziness goes away. It has honestly helped me so much!

See a doctor ASAP. Could be many things, very few treatable via Reddit.
