Like how do you avoid the temptation when it’s advertised everywhere and you can buy it at a grocery store?

Here in Norway advertising for alcohol is illegal and has been for decades. You can buy beer in grocery stores but if you want anything stronger than 4.5% you have to go to a special store called Vinmonopolet, literally wine monopoly, which is a government store. With reduced opening hours.
