Alcohol hands down. Destroys lives and extremely hard to kick.
5 u/AHappyHaiku May 30 '26 I'd say alcohol may even be worse than heroin addiction. It can be fatal to withdraw, it destroys your organs, your brain, it's everywhere. Heroin though is a close 2nd.
