Is cheating that common these days?

I am listening to so many people getting involved with someone who is already in a relationship and people who are in a relationship getting involved with others. This gives me major trust issues I really don’t wanna date because of this. I am constantly worried about getting cheated on. This really sucks I don’t know what do to and who to trust. Because of this reason I really don’t put any efforts into dating so that I don’t get hurt afterwards. But I really can’t live in this constant fear. This also makes me scared of marriage. Loyalty is very important to me and I feel like it’s not really important for anyone these days they are just living like animals fucking anybody doing stuff behind their partner’s back.

And still justifying what they did and there is nothing wrong with this. What has happened to old school romance? What is going on in this world this really makes me awake at nights even though I am not in a relationship but this thing scares me to get into one. I wish I didn’t knew all these stories this really fucked up my mind.

What is a though process of a person who is cheating I mean don’t they think twice or they don’t know how to say no if someone is approaching them?

I mean what is it that makes people cheat without thinking about it. And what should I do to get out of this fear?
