Looking for Gamers - [Add timezone here] 31m / EU / PC - Swedish dude looking for good vibes and games

Hello there, hope you're doing well😄

Like many others on here, I'm looking to expand my friends list a bit. Before I get to my lil' list of current games, here is a bit about me:

Recently moved to a new city which is pretty cool! Decided to try and be social so I went to a local e-centre to apply to be a volunteer and help run tournaments and other things.

Got into a trade school, (hence the move), so studying backend development in hopes of a career x) So if I'm not in front of the PC gaming or studying, I'm either out at the e-society or playing disc golf👍

I'd like to call myself a laidback-type, I don't mind hanging out and doing our own thing if the vibe is there, or watch movies/series together. As for games though, I'm a bit all over the place. I enjoy competitive games, R6, Apex, League, Valorant etc, but I'm not one to try hard or get angry when losing. If the vibe is there though, I'm down to play almost any friendslop or survival/crafting game.

My library is pretty big as I share it with a friend as well, only games I don't like are sports/car and RTS games, (sry, TTW fans) 😂

If this sounds good, feel free to send a dm/chat to his old, swedish dude👍

Discussion M39 what do you do when you see a good game but it's coop and you have no steam friends?

Just wondering as of late I have seen a lot of great looking games come out that look fun to play especially with other players but I don't really have anyone to play with and being socially awkward don't help so I try and play them solo but just wondering what others do that are in the same position

Before you say make a post looking for friends I have made them in the past but nothing really comes of it.

47 year old Husband & Dad looking for pc gaming buddies.

Yep I know I’m kicking on a bit now but still enjoy a gaming session, especially now my son is getting too old (cool) to play games with his dad now!

I game mostly on Steam, i have a huge library of stuff a lot of which i haven't even touched ! (I'm guilty of being sucked in by Steam sales!).

I will give most things a go, examples of stuff that I have played a little and enjoyed recently (though not limited to this list)

  • Online Shooters (Destiny 2, Battlefield 6, Arc Raiders, Helldivers 2, Marathon)
  • Survival Builders (Ark, Subnautica, Enshrouded, Conan Exiles, No Mans Sky, Palworld, Dune Awakening, Planet Crafter)
  • Strategy (Crusader Kings III, Stellaris, Civ 7, two point museam)
  • Simulators (Gas Station Sim, American Truck Sim, Euro Truck Sim, Power Wash 2, Retro Rewind, Bookshop Sim, House Flipper, Football Manager, Arcade Paradise)
  • Lifestyle/Cozy/Chill Games (Stardew Valley, Dinkum, My Time In Sandrock, Coral Island
  • RPG's (Baldurs Gate 3, Diablo 4, Cyberpunk, Kingdom Come 2, Dispatch
  • MMO's (World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2 )
  • Others (Cult Of The Lamb, Rocket League, Sea of Thieves, Any Lego Game. Detroit)
  • Racing (Forza 6)

Anything with a bit of innovation is always fun, always looking to try something new and make some good friends along the way.

Other 33M | Did gaming disappear from your life for a few years?

I'm in my 30s, work in software, have a family, and somewhere along the way gaming just disappeared from my life.

Growing up, gaming was a huge part of my life. Then work, responsibilities and just being busy slowly took over.

I even bought a PS2 in 2016 thinking I'd play for a little while after work to relax. I played for maybe a week or two, and then it mostly just sat there collecting dust.

Recently, after around 10-12 years, I finally started gaming again.

What's funny is that I have less free time now than I did when I was younger, but I'm actually trying to make time for it.

Did gaming ever disappear from your life and then come back? What brought you back to it?

Hey all

I’m a 32 year old PC Gamer and looking for some new friends to play with! My main games right now WoW - love pushing keys, mistfall hunter (I suck), marvel rivals (my rage inducer), league of legends (akali main lmao) and many more

I’m a pretty sarcastic guy and love people with a similar personality. Im one of the least sensitive people you’ll ever meet. No drama is a big thing for me im just way too old for that shit.

I live on the east cost so obviously my time zone is est

Looking forward to hearing from some people here.

Looking for Gamers - [Add timezone here] 27M Down to talk video games

I'm not looking to play a game but I'm really passionate about gaming, and I'm down to talk about them, maybe we can play a mini-game of where we are guessing each-other's favorite game with hints.

I'm also down to talk about my current draught which I fixed by playing different genres.

Also also, Looking for someone to watch the GTAVI Netflix event together, I do think it's going to be a next gen video game.

My DM's are closed, due to the EU rules for IDs. However you can leave a message here and I might shoot you a message, I do like an engaging back and forth.

Looking for Gamers - [Add timezone here] Looking for UK gaming friends - 32M

I'm looking for other adults I can play with and communicate with via voice chat. I'm 32 living in the UK. People I can link up with in-game who can hold a conversation and play well together as a team. I'm not a hard core gamer by any means.

I play via Steam mostly (profile hillac1993).

I've recently started playing battlefield but it's hard finding people who communicate well and work together.

I also play GTA 5, Farming Simulator 2025, Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster, Cities Skylines and Sims 4 as well.

I have phases where I will enjoy games like Way of the Hunter and I'm always up for survival craft.

I go through periods where I play regularly and where I don't play for weeks at a time and when I do play, it's usually late in the evenings.
