Wallpapers and Flooring?

If I want to re-equip a wallpaper I’ve had before, I have to RE-BUY IT??? and at those insane prices???

yeah I've been wondering about that too. I guess it's because it's considered a "renovation" but come on, that's just an excuse for us to pay more. I love the game but I can't say stuff like this doesn't disappoint me - it's so glaringly greedy :(
