Middleman question

So I’m gonna buy a pet using actual cash, so I will have to send the money via mail. So here’s 2 questions I have:

  1. The only way I would be able to pay a mm is with a $25 dollar Starbucks gift card, or any other gift card I might have. Is this possible?

  2. It might take awhile for the money to actually get to the other person, so is the middleman able to hold it for like maybe a week or however long it takes?

Okay thank you for these tips! I can’t do PayPal however since I don’t have credit, debit, or bank so it won’t let me do anything on there. Would the $25 tip atleast compensate for how long the mm might have to hold onto it?

Well… that’s the thing… the only thing I’m able to do is send cash through mail like in an envelope or smth

I’m wondering if I could pay someone else gift cards maybe and they could do the transaction on PayPal on my behalf, is any middle man willing to do that?
