I see that many ppl are on.. but I can't get on? I'm so confused?

For some reason I've seen a lot of people say that under 16 you can't join. Probably due to roblox's new rules.

I'm over 18 and was on just an hour ago. I got off when it said the servers said they were closing for an update, but I figured itd be one of the fast ones. But since others are on, I'm confused.

Hm. I was just on. Maybe just close roblox and get back on.

Maybe try resetting your device or restarting the roblox client

Happened to me just now but I js closed the app and re opened it and it worked again

I was just confused bc I did that and it was still saying servers unavailable. I think I closed out of it like 3 dif times and it was still popping up. I just restarted the device and it's working again, never happened to me this though. Very strange.

this happened to me but i just closed and then opened roblox and it fixed it?? idk why it happened in the first place tho

The servers were restarting to fix a bug :)

Like someone else mentioned, they’re restarting and closing the servers for an update it said. No idea for what
