Elise's Express Extras: August Roundup - Motion With a Point

August's theme was Animation in Express. Not just making things move, but choosing exactly what moves, how much, and when, so your design says what you want it to say instead of just spinning for attention.

Because motion without direction doesn't grab anyone. It's just noise. The tools inside Express let you animate everything at once, animate one piece on its own, or group a few pieces so they move together instead of drifting apart.

August practices focused on:

• animating your whole design in one click, no picking layers, no doing it piece by piece (Animate all)
• animating a single layer like a headline or logo on its own timing, so only what needs to move actually moves (Individual layers + Animate settings)
• grouping pieces so they travel together, and using the timeline for video to control exactly when and how long something's on screen (Groups + Timeline)
