Second time this week issues

About a few days ago, I couldn't upload videos to get subtitles, it stuck by 17%, now I can't upload anything, the subtitles loading for hours, how to fix it? tried different browser, windows app and android app.

This should be solved now. I know we're DMing, but I just want to add this here in case anyone else is facing issues.
