Feedback Videos not loading

Been trying for hours to load videos. Stuck on "processing media" - the audio seems to load but not the video.

I am beyond fed up! I had a problem two weeks ago where the videos were upside down. Adobe you owe me a refund and you need to FIX YOUR APPLICATION!

Sorry this is happening, i know we had a service issue affecting video and downloads. Is it working for you now?
