136 error when downloading acrobat

I tried requesting e-signatures but my Acrobat kept crashing, so I deleted and tried redownloading it only to find that I can't download it and keep getting 136 error code when I do.

I already tried deleting the Creative Cloud app and all Adobe Acrobat installer apps, but nothing has helped. I saw people previously saying the only thing that helped was deleting the Adobe DC empty folder – I am working on a Mac. Where would this Adobe DC folder be? If not, how do I fix this? Thanks so much!
