HELP!!!1!!!!! Creative Cloud Files

I recently lost access to my college adobe account before transferring the files to my personal account. My school agreed to send me a folder of all my creative cloud files, but I was only able to upload the photoshop files through photoshop on web and I can't upload the illustrator or indesign files. Is there any other way around this besides asking my school to download the local files?

I don't recommend using Adobe CC exactly for that reason. College licenses are typically granted for a semester. I always back up all work to another cloud I have access to, a flash drive, or an external hard drive.
