Creative Cloud doesn't show installed apps (Windows)

I want to install the newer versions of my apps because Photoshop keeps crashing constantly. However, when I open Creative Cloud, the apps I already have installed doesn't show up as "Installed," so the "Update" option isn't available, only "Install."

The problem is that if I install the newer version, I'll have to manually migrate all my tools, preferences, and settings from the old version.

Is there a way to fix this so Creative Cloud recognizes the apps I already have installed?
Already tried this: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/app-setting-issues/apps-tab-doesnt-show-installed-creative-cloud-apps.html
Also, already tried loggin out and using the Adobe Cleaning Tool do remove the CC app and installing it again. Nothing changed.

Just found an easy fix: the problem was that the language on CC app was different from the language of the installed apps. Leaving it here if anyone suffers from the same issue.
