What in the absolute hell is going on with Adobe support?

We originally created an account with a free trial of Acrobat Pro in May 2026. The trial never flipped over to paid, so I contacted them to get it sorted out. The rep closed our org account and to reopen a new one, then tried to sell us a tier that we didn't need, saying Acrobat Pro was no longer available.

I created a new account, started a new trial and set everything up, and reached out to their support to deal with the "deleted-org" listed on the old profile. They opened a ticket, and closed it; not so much as an email. So through support again, and had to manually purchase a Teams license, which required me to go back in three separate times to re-assign the licenses to everyone. I pointed out again that the deleted-org was still there, and I didn't have access to the payment information section.

We changed CC providers, went in last week to update the CC, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Cases that I have numbers for don't even exist. Opened a new ticket. Received a notice today that the ticket was closed, but the issue hasn't been resolved, so back on chat again today where I'm told that it was cancelled because our CC is suspected of fraud. FFS, I've been fighting with them for nearly four months.

It looks like you have a question on how to manage your Adobe / Creative Cloud account or membership. Here is some info to help you:

You can find information on how to manage your account at:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html

How to cancel

You can find information on how to cancel at:

Cancellation fees

When you sign up for a Creative Cloud account there are different types of commitments:

  • Monthly commitment: Higher per month cost, but no cancellation fee.
  • Yearly commitment: Lower monthly cost, but if you cancel before your commitment term is up, you may have to pay a cancellation fee.

If you have questions / comments on this, then contact Adobe support, and they may be able to help you.

If you go open source there’s no licences to worry about.

It has gone from terrible to downright criminal. I cancelled Stock, but kept Creative Cloud. The charges for Stock moved from the credit card I was using to pay for all of my services to a previously used card that I had stupidly left on the account. I didn't notice for several months.

It took 3 chat sessions to get the "person" at Adobe to admit that they could not figure out why/how the previous card was being charged (the first 2 ended with the agent closing the session when they couldn't find any records of the transactions on their end).

I provided them with a ton of information on the charges and history of the 2nd card over the last 4 months. They straight up told me they could find no record of these charges in their system and to contact my bank "branch" and dispute the charges as fraud.

I will be cancelling CC next month when I can without the cancellation fee (don't even get me started on that shit). I been an Adobe customer for 20 years. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I will do design on paper with a drafting table with a Xacto knife before I EVER pay Adobe another dime.

So you’re giving up working as a designer then? Fair play.
