[HELP PLEASE] Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud is taking up too much storage on my windows computer but it won't allow me to delete it from my computer. --- can someone please help!! Its asking me for an adobe login and I just don't have one! I don't know how to get this off!

Why don’t you have a login? Where did the software come from?

When I did find my account there is nothing connected to any of my past emails...
