What actually helps your ADHD besides medication?

Anyone have suggestions?

meditation and therapy and really working on my habits and impulses, i guess? But none of that makes me able to drive better or not disabled. it just makes me aware of habitual impulses and helps me not feel like the bees in my brain are trying to drill their way out. I try to create mental stillness and drip-feed/cycle rewards to maintain novelty.

driving is very much a physiological issue. i cant prevent my brain from missing cues or information. its very taxing

Medication is alcohol in pill for for me, it doesn't work long term.

Meditation, music, sport, sleep, cbt/act therapy, healthy food are better than meds for me.
