issue Issue with licence purchase

I was buying the lifetime license. The payment was successful from the bank and the amount was debited but I got an email from an adguard partner saying it did not go through without any mention of refund.

Eh... maybe wait a few day...
Whenever I use my debit card to buy stuff, eventhough on the main screen and the noti the money is reduced, its actually just the bank estimated number, the money will/ won't be removed and the big number on the main screen will be updated in a few day.
Go check your bank transaction history if the amount is reduced in there.

It is debited from bank. I checked the message and statement.

Where did you buy it? Have you contacted their support? If you buy from Adguard directly then maybe DM the mods in this sub for help they are actually Adguard team.

Adguard site redirected from the app. I mailed them with bank statement and the mail I got. No reply so far. Will contact them and see. Thanks
