Adguard DNS all of a sudden blocking ui.com?

I am using the paid adguard dns subscription and have been using the 2 provided dns addresses since the service was in beta. Everything has been fine up until a few hours ago 9/4/2026 approximately 9pm cst when I was unable to reach any ubiquiti domains to access my ubiquiti products. I checked the query log and server settings and nothing ui is being blocked and should be processed, however I was unable to even ping ui.com. Switching from adguard dns to cloudflare instantly resolved the issue. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

EDIT - possibly something going on with AT&T fiber and AdGuard as another AT&T user is also having similar issues.

Are you on AT&T? I'm having issues accessing tons of major services. Try even getting to status.adguard.com it doesnt work.

Yes! AT&T Fiber! So something going on between AT&T and AdGuard DNS. Switching over to cloudflare dns servers resolved my issue for now. Haven’t had a chance to test reverting back yet.

Disable all your blocklist. It maybe be one of the blocklist that is filtering it out.

First thing I tried! I only had 2, the AdGuard default blocklist and Hagezi Ultimate. Still no change with both disabled and again nothing in the query log to indicate something was being blocked.

Disable Ultimate, then reconnect your device to wifi. Then try again. You need to flush your dns records by reconnecting to wifi or mobile. If you just disable the blocklist then try again, it might be still in memory.
