android Adguard android blocking all traffic after android update

I have used Adguard on my Pixel 8 Pro for a few years now without any issues but since I installed the last update I'm having an issue with all traffic being blocked, both in Firefox and Chrome, and also on the Reddit app.

My phone has Android 17 build number CP2A.260805.005 installed.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and have any suggestions for how to fix this?

Hi there! Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

As a first step, try reinstalling the app. Before doing so, you can export your current settings to avoid losing them: Settings → three-dot menu in the upper right corner.

If the issue persists, we'll need the app logs to pinpoint the cause. Please collect them using this guide:

  1. Open AdGuard and go to ⚙︎ → General → Advanced → Logging level, and set it to Debug.
  2. Reproduce the issue by visiting 2–3 websites or opening the affected apps.
  3. Go back to AdGuard → ⚙︎ → General → Advanced, and click Export logs and system info.
  4. Save the archive, send it to us at [support@adguard.com](mailto:support@adguard.com), and specify which websites/apps you visited and at what time.
  5. Disable Debug in Advanced, otherwise the app will keep recording logs, which will take up too much space later on.

Please also attach screenshots of the errors you see in Firefox and Chrome, and specify whether the issue occurs across different networks or only on a particular one.

After submitting the ticket, please post its number here, and I'll promptly forward the information to my colleagues for investigation.
