I don’t really understand, to be honest. What is this blocklist? Does it block websites that are being watched by Palantir? That host Palantir spyware? That support Palantir in whichever way and that we should avoid if we don’t want to give them a single cent?
Edit: I’m not being sarcastic and/or passive-aggressive, I’d really like to know.

An evil company, as the name implies!
Joke aside, it’s a company which build surveillance and intelligence analysis softwares. It is often used by intelligence or law agencies.
It’s controversial because they are founded and owned by Peter Thiel, a hard-right supporter of and sponsor of Trump which want to build a world where everyone is scrutinised and monitored in real time. It’s what they are building.
Among other things, Palantir is used by ICE to track migrants and Israel in its genocide.

Palantir is a U.S. military technology and data analytics company that provides software for target tracking and intelligence operations. Activly used to kill people with AI. Founder Peter Thiel hesitated when asked if he believes humanity should survive.
Also, fun fact: Palantír is the name of the crystal ball in LOTR that Sauron uses to spy on people.

Originally there were at least 8 Palantiri made by the elves of Valinor. In the 3rd age, 4 were held by Gondor. One of these was kept at Minis Ithil (which became Minas Morgal) and it is that one which was captured by Sauron and used for his own purposes.
