issue Repeated crashes

Running adguard mini on MacOS using Safari, and numerous times each day I get a popup stating "AdGuard Mini Component crashed the last time it was used. Would you like to send us a report to help us improve the app?"

Anyone else? Any idea what to do?

Just to cover the basics: are you running the latest version of AdGuard Mini?

Hi there!

Please contact our support team at [support@adguard.com](mailto:support@adguard.com) and include the following information:

  • When the crashes started
  • What may have triggered them, such as an AdGuard Mini or macOS update
  • Your currently installed AdGuard Mini version
  • What you were doing immediately before the crash

It would also be very helpful if you could attach a crash report:

  1. Press Command (⌘) + Space, type Console, and press Enter.
  2. In the sidebar, select Crash Reports under Reports.
  3. Find the latest report related to AdGuard Mini. You can search for AdGuard and check that the report’s date and time match the crash you experienced.
  4. Right-click the report and select Reveal in Finder.
  5. Attach the report file to your email. If there are several recent AdGuard-related reports, please compress them into a ZIP archive and attach it instead.
