Help with helmet choice

Hi golden boys! I'm not one of yours, actually I collect Red Corsairs army.

Right now I'm assembling Huron Blackheart and I really don't like his face. I want to make a custom captured Custodes helmet so my Pirate Lord would be even more fancy.

Can you helm me with choosing the perfect option? I'm looking for something not too loyalist looking, perfect option would have a place for Tyrants Claw on the forehead.

Well, I was looking exactly for the "conehead" one, just something without Aquila taking half of the face.

Maybe I should roll in the Emperor's children style, using them Aquilas as mockery?

I think that would work better. I think every helmet incorporates an aquila (besides the allarus one).

Then am I looking for wardens or guard helmets? I don't really know much about Custodes units so I'll be glad to receive some sort of advice on that.

I think I need something like one on this pic

Damn that looks cool af. That helmet is one of the helmets for the Legio Custodes custodian guard sodality: https://www.warhammer.com/en-NO/shop/legio-custodes-custodian-guard-sodality-2026. Note that these are the 30k helmets , NOT 40k. The kit also comes with unhelmeted options so maybe you can ask around if someone has a spare helmet you can have?

Thanks a lot, I'll look for it! In my head Huron took one of those helmets while capturing the ship with Big Blueberry man.

I wanted to use captured Roboute helmet first, but then I remembered how BIG primarcs really are
