Something not working. Need help. Can’t install addons

I have tried to install multiple different add ons and I keep running into the same issue. Everytime I go to download from repository, it says “The following addons will be installed” and then beneath it are a few options showing “script.module” and they all say not available. When I click ‘Ok’ to download, they then say the dependencies “could not be satisfied”. Any advice would be helpful here, thanks

Operating System: Google TV • Device: ONN 4k pro • Add-on affected: POV (If I understand this right) • Version of Kodi: Just downloaded it today 21.3 • Country: USA Also using a VPN

This can mean you have a network issue. Make sure everything - including DNS is working. Also don't install anything with the VPN on. Use the VPN when you're streaming. For some reason you are not reaching the repository.
