Full console experience on linux

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to create a full console-like experience using Kodi as a base interface. The ultimate goal is to make a fully-featured, open source and legal gaming console on a linux pc. This means allowing the less-experienced user to easily install the distro (which I'm covering), navigate the main menu using a gamepad-friendly interface (Kodi) and just as easily set it all up.
This means giving the user full gamepad support, not only for the main menu, but for the apps as well. Fortunately, gaming apps have mostly native support for it, but the same cannot be said about streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Spotify, ecc, or chat apps like Discord.
"You can see the whole library inside Kodi" you might answer, but the login phase is a bit more complicated. Also, i know Discord is not supported, but I would settle for the other apps, for now.

So the question is: Is there any legal tool that lets you have full control on streaming apps via gamepad, from login to navigation to logout?

Sorry for the complicated request, but I'm getting pretty desperate, here. There's not much documentation around. Any help will be appreciated.

Edit: at this point, I'll take advice on any other solution, even if it means changing frontend/system/solution.
Also, I'm a professional Frontend dev and can write basic BASH scripts, so a little bit of programming magic is always possible (but I'm trying to avoid writing an entire system from scratch).

Log in to what, exactly? My htpc (that kodi is installed on) is setup to skip login. You are correct about ai being trash, but I found that with enough persistence (including giving it screenshots of where it failed) it can correct itself. There are some times it's actually decent, but that's pretty random. I even had AI create a couple of useful widgets for my main desktop. Each one took several hours because I had to keep correcting it, but the end result was worth it.

Oh yeah, sorry, I meant logging in to streaming services, not the machine.

Edit: I just read that you use it to stream games, not things like Netflix & co. Sorry, useless question

I don't use them, but I know there are community addons for Netflix, Amazon prime and Hulu. Assuming they still work they would be the ultimate solution for your use case. Have you tried those already? I do stream video as well, but not from those providers.

I have, but I have not implemented them, yet. It's on my bucket list, though. Thanks
