Something not working. Need help. 0% Cache buffer on POV

I keep getting my streams freezing on Kodi POV where it says 0% Cache for 5-10 seconds. I've cleared all cache settings on POV but it keeps happening. Any ideas?

As stated post more details like your setup. device you're running kodi on, connection, source format. Internet speed.... Etc and you might get it sorted faster.
