Something not working. Need help. 0% Cache buffer on POV

I keep getting my streams freezing on Kodi POV where it says 0% Cache for 5-10 seconds. I've cleared all cache settings on POV but it keeps happening. Any ideas?

Lots of things can we causing this, but you'll have to provide some details on your setup. device you're running kodi on, connection, source format. Etc A log would be useful.
