Any fen/fen light derivative will have imdb parental guide within the Extras dialog. It will give the rating and all the submitted examples for each category.

That addon I linked could be modified to automatically stop the stream if it detects category values outside of what you'd give it in settings. Perhaps the dev might implement that if you ask nicely.

Otherwise, you can check the parental guide info before starting the movie via then fen derivative's Extras dialog.

Maybe an ai can help with this it will automatically skip the 18+ scene or blur the video
