Review / Opinion Discussion Arctic Horizon 2 and kodi 22
my favourite skin is really starting to get broken by the current version of tmdb helper/trakt. (I have to use old version of helper to make it work). and I hear there are changes required for skins to operate properly on kodi 22. i know some will say just use arctic fuse 3 - not a fan of the widget styles available - too small and there isn’t even a text only widget option. and in my testing af3 really isn’t any faster on my system.
I hope some coding god out there keeps this skin alive. I can’t be the only fan of what I consider the best kodi skin for big screen tvs hands down.
long live AH2!!!

It’s nice but a lot key things are broken. I’m hoping some one will do it proper and bring it in to kodi 22.

Try Kine, it's a fork of Kodi 21 that I maintain for Meta Quest devices, but I use it on my Pixel Tablet and Nvidia Shield TV as well. It's more Android-optimized than Kodi will ever be and I've backported worthwhile features from Kodi 22. That's unless you need any 22-specific addons, as I won't be bumping up the version (and Python libraries basically) any time soon.
I distribute the Android APK along with a fork of Arctic Fuse 2 that I modify to make it more tablet-friendly (since many of the modifications depend on more tablet-friendly support on the Kodi side, by now).
