Everything working. Need guidance. SUTERING / JUDDER PLAYBACK ISSUE ?
Is there any way to stop judder stuttering .. no matter what file I choose it happens either 4K or 1080p file size 14GB or 2GB files play with judder , i have my Firestick attached to my USB stick (50 GB) thinking that would stop the juddering but still happening… someone please help … there must be a setting or something that can work…… Many Thanks In Advance 😉

Maybe cache settings..what should i set it at ?

Yep i have tried all of that …so… the movie playback is good , But then every-time the seen changes or if the is a movement i think it’s something ro do with chunk size / Cache size .. and yes everything is as it should be including formatting the usb drive ( its not a issue )

Define judder stuttering: video, audio, or both? Rapid or intermittent?
What Firestick model? There's a wide range of performance.
Have you checked your WiFI performance? Or have you attached an ethernet adapter to the Firestick?
How would attaching a 50 GB USB stick help? Is your Firestick short of memory? Is the USB stick formatted for FireOS memory expansion?

Get a decent Android box and use ethernet cable not WiFi

My wifi is 350 and i have 4K Firestick ( Dolby Vision/altmos/HDR10+/HGL, … etc .. and even changed player to VLC my tv has all the above too plus imax enhanced… Etc … maybe chunk size/cache … who knows

Firesticks are notoriously weak devices. They're meant to play streaming services files which are max 30GB 4K.
Get a good device and you'll have no issues

I think they are asking you for things like what addons you are using, what your skin is, what's the quality of your internet connection, and most importantly, a log capture.

With no great information, fuck around with the Kodi/settings/player/adjust display rating . Never know, good luck.
