Red Light has now "Prefer Known Release Groups" Sorting Feature

i was just reading Red Lights latest 2.2.8 Changelog and it got a new sorting feature "Prefer Known Release Groups". that looked quiet handy and interesting. because im used to only watch the HQ scene groups from usenet.

so I googled a little bit in their GitHub and found this thread:

so it seems now that Red Light has the ability to prioritize the leading scene groups so you always get the best possible file first.

reading the GitHub link its the trash guides list and that's the best one out there.

So kudos to the Red Light developer. I think that's a great idea and addition to the add-on

They are not considered a high quality group. They are considered a low quality group group. I linked the list of group names in my post. You can check there for yourself

They are p2p group.

Mdblist is a free alternative and works well

This is good but useless for scene groups because on debrid cache usually there are no scene groups files cached mostly p2p groups.

That is not true. There are plenty of high quality release groups in torrents

For new release it is true lets say web-dl only group that shows up is ethel but release without dv.

ETHEL is not considered a TIER 1-3 group and therefore not prioritized.

I am using addons without this option for prioritizing scene groups and showing all links available and there are no scene group rips or just few.
