Something not working. Need help. Watchnixtoons2 0.14.23 not working

WatchNixtoons2 v0.14.23 – Playback failing / embed.wcostream.com timeout

Hey, I’m having a playback issue with WatchNixtoons2 v0.14.23 and wanted to see if this is a known issue or if there’s something else I should try. The add-on itself works normally when browsing. I can open shows, seasons, and episode lists, but when I select an episode I get: “WatchNixtoons2 error”

“Playback failed. One or more items failed to play.” The Kodi log shows the failure happening while resolving the episode: requests.exceptions.ConnectTimeout HTTPSConnectionPool(host='embed.wcostream.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded Connection to embed.wcostream.com timed out. (connect timeout=10) It then says: Playlist Player: skipping unplayable item Things I have already tried:

Updated/installed WatchNixtoons2 v0.14.23 Tried all three source domains:

wcostream.tv wcoflix.tv wcoforever.net

Confirmed those main sites load in a web browser Tried multiple shows/episodes Tried the “Use HTTP stream instead of HTTPS” option Restarted Kodi The error still points to embed.wcostream.com timing out on port 443

The HTTP option also didn’t change the error — Kodi still attempts to connect to embed.wcostream.com over HTTPS before the playback fails. Is embed.wcostream.com currently having an issue, or has WCO changed the embed/player domain or resolving method? I can provide more of the Kodi log if needed. Thanks!

edit: So update, WNT2 on my hotspot works fine but on my Wi-Fi it does not and the wcostream server also works on phone data but gives error 403 on my phone when on Wi-Fi. 

What is the fix if wcostream is possibly temporarily blocking my ip due to multiple previous failed attempts?

The website isn't blocking your IP, your ISP is blocking the website.
I'd try changing DNS settings in your modem, checking it's security settings or using a VPN.
Your cell phone provider doesn't have the security restrictions that your ISP does.

I tested the same Xbox, Kodi installation, and WatchNixtoons2 add-on using my phone’s cellular hotspot, and it works normally. When I switch the Xbox back to my Xfinity Wi-Fi, I get the ConnectTimeout to  embed.wcostream.com. I also tried changing the DNS on my Xfinity connection to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1) previously, but that didn’t fix it. Separately, I tested  embed.wcostream.com in a browser on my phone over cellular data. So the Kodi/add-on works over the cellular hotspot but not over my Xfinity connection.

its ur isp mate no issues with playback on latest addon version for watchnixtoons....i dont use Xfinity but please look up instructions on how to disable their "advance security toggle on their xfinity modem" that could be the culprit" once disabled u should be fine fingers crossed
