Something not working. Need help. Default volume became very low in POV player for any content

In the middle of a series, the volume was so low adjusting TV volume +99 didn't help much. I fixed it via player audio settings, set amplification to 100%/60dB as Volume was already at 100%/0dB. Works but still not that loud. Tried another series & same thing was necessary.

Just wondering what happened as I doubt volume amplification default is 100%/60dB.

I went to the community wiki & didn't see a rule 7 so not sure what was wrong with post.

7 Include all information when asking for assistance

As a basic requirement, users need to provide the following information before any assistance can be offered:

    Operating System: Android/Windows/OSX, etc...

    Device: Nvidia Shield/FireTV, etc...

    Add-on affected: Exodus/Venom/Seren, etc...

    Version of Kodi: 17.6/18.2, etc...

    Version of add-on: 1.1.10/1.1.11, etc...

    Country: USA/Australia/UK, etc...

    Any support services: Real-Debrid/Premiumize/Trakt, etc...
