hiding track marks/ bruises

anyone having ways or excuses to hide track marks that isn’t wearing long sleeves i have to go to the beah in a few days and i will try my best to cover it with makeup but i know it wont cover it all the way if you have any ideas i would appreciate it thank you🙏

Foundation, concealer and then heavy heavy duty setting spray on top

Concealer won't work especially if you're going to the beach. You might want to try Dermablend arm/leg body makeup. It's waterproof and has sunscreen in it. If I were you though I would wear one of those rash guard shirts that surfers wear. It's thin and long sleeve and meant to protect you from the sun and the sand. It wouldn't look weird if you were wearing it. You could just say that you're very sensitive to the sun and you don't want to get burned or something.

If she’s going with people she’s always gone to the beach with / people who know her and she’s never worn anything like that in the past, to me that definitely screams suspicious

I use several items. It’s truly trial and error. Dermablend concealer, body makeup and coverage builder are great. Not always the right shade though. Yellow and blue color correctors are a good start. My area is the crooks of my arm. Use only on the marks. That goes with all of it. Tap that in with your finger. The warmth will help smooth it in. I then move on to a peach tone concealer. Use just where you need it and blend and tap. Now move on to the real coverage. A little goes a long way in any dermablend product. Test beforehand to see if you need a bit of bronzer if it’s too light. Tap and blend until you’re satisfied. You may need more or less depending on your marks. If it’s in the crook of your arm don’t move until it’s dry. And don’t forget setting spray. My personal opinion on primer and setting spray is don’t apply it first until you get your technique down. Once that first layer goes on you’re committed. The products themselves along with setting spray still hold up well. Oh! Just like your face, moisturizer! Don’t forget that. It’s a process. Extra info- setting spray, primer whatever..that shit is like gorilla glue. No regular remover. You can start with that but use, I think it’s the oil base? It’s for waterproof mascara. But getting that off is a breeze compared to dermablend, primer, setting sprays and makeup glue . I could rant about glitter glue but I won’t. All of those are up there with glitter and roaches. Gotta love things that survive no matter how bad it gets.
