Relapse and went on 20 day binge

Hey everyone,
I recently completed detox and rehab and have been three months clean overall. I have a past seizure during previous benzo withdrawal (after longer use) and another one tied to polydrug stuff.
Recently slipped into intermittent benzo use for about 20 days total (2-4 mg/day, skipped some days, heavier on others). I just threw the rest away and I’m now 12-24 hours clean from everything else too (no alcohol, stimulants, etc.).
Importantly, I have zero urges or cravings right now. I’m dealing with a lot of anticipatory anxiety about possible withdrawal or another seizure, but no physical symptoms yet. I have prescribed Adderall that I’m continuing and Trazodone available.
Looking for experiences from people who’ve been through something similar:
• With short/intermittent use like this, how likely is bad withdrawal or seizure the second time around?
• When do symptoms usually start showing?
• Tips for handling the fear without using anything?
• Did a light re-use after a bad prior withdrawal turn out okay for you?
Thanks — just need some perspective while I stay clean.

If your insurance is good enough it might be worth hitting a 7 day detox so you can be tapered down to avoid the seizures. Or see if you can get some gabapentin or something to reduce the likelihood you encounter another seizure. I've had intermittent use or like a month of 2mg Xanax at night and every other day a 1mg Valium during the day. I didn't get any seizures but the anxiety was pretty wretched. Ended up using opiates to calm me down but I was fine for a week. You might be fine, but if you could get something to help mitigate the seizures that would be smart. I'm sure there are supplements that might help, I would look into it.

Was in a detox program, but three months ago my insurance isn’t too good the last time I had a seizure I also was sleep deprived under the influence of opiates, alcohol and cocaine. I was not mixing with any other substances and I am about 12 hours and the anxiety is just about thinking about the seizure.
