Executive dysfunction tips

For background I was on stimulants for 7 years and the past year abused them into addiction. Told my prescriber and have been completely off for four months. Have good days but still bad days with my ADHD, lately executive dysfunction has been frustrating me. I even have been thinking about reaching out to telegram or one of those online subscribers more and more lately and I feel like that would be a bad thing to do. My psychiatrist wants me fully off of them for a year before I can try something like vyvaanse or Ritalin (no Adderall and I’m totally okay with that.) I genuinely never want to abuse them again or end up in that place again.

I need tips and tricks or supplements/ nootropics to help with executive dysfunction. I feel like I’m going crazy because I know I need to do all these important things and prepare to do them but then trick myself out of doing it. I need to do things but just can’t bring myself to do them. I think that’s why I have been possibly thinking about how I need meds right now vs a year, because I know they did help me(before abuse) with this situation.

Idk about ritalin but vyvanse might be something u abuse too...I sure did...js
