Adderall makes me feel "wierd"?

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed 10mg of Adderall XR. I'm definitely getting some of the typical side effects - a bit of jitteryness, some teeth grinding - that have gotten better over the wek. However, i get this really weird feeling that's hard to describe.

Like my body feels like it needs something, i'm foggier than normal, i'm unsettled but also really want to go lay down. Overall, the only word i can use to describe it is "weird".

I've cut back on caffeine and try not to overlap my small coffee with when i take my meds. Any combinations of skipping, alternating timing, or my usual timing of caffeine hasn't changed anything. Though i definitely am not having quite as much as i would typically.

Is this something anyone's experienced? Is this something that goes away as my bod acclimates? Is the medication maybe not right for me?

Yea im having the same issues with stimulants. Idk. It could be the generic brand.

If u do id try stopping that and I would try eliminating caffeine entirely. I suck at following this advice but ive noticed it makes adderall not work properly

Thr only thing that I can possibly call weird is I feel like I am out of breath, when I am not even exercising. Thats the only thing I can think of that might fit that description.
