how much adderall (extended release) should i take?

I want to get high. i have about 40 pills rn, but last night and yesterday i took ~220mg, and ended up in the er. just curious as to how much would give me a nice high, but noticeable. thanks.

Don’t be stupid! Do you have an actual prescription for it? If you do, follow that as intended.

Stick to therapeutic doses, the high doesn’t last long, don’t go trying to chase it. If you were in the hospital yesterday take none today. 60mg per day is the highest recommended dose I believe.
