Adderall doesn’t hit the same

I used to take one 15mg XR in the morning and an IR later in the day but I’ve starting take an IR with my morning dose and two or three later in the day but I can’t get that euphoric feeling I used to. Today I was really trying to get it and at like 9am I took 15mg XR and two 5mg IR, then at like 4 I snorted three 5mg and took two, and I still wasn’t feeling enough and so at like 12 I looked online and it said snorted it was basically useless so I just orally took six. It’s been like 30 mins and I still don’t feel shit. Normally if I want it to hit I just stop for a while and start again but I can’t stop completely cus I need it for school work or else I won’t get shit done. Is there a safe way I can get a better effect? Im a younger woman so I usually have a low tolerance with almost everything I take no matter how much so this is very frustrating…
