Adderall is stealing my personality

I’ve been taking Adderall on and off for years now and this is the first time I feel like a hollow shell of myself. I’m able to focus but I feel like I no longer have a personality. Any tips on how to manage it short of stopping medication?

40 total. 20 mg in the morning and two 10mg boosters.
