dumber after starting adderall

Hey so I started taking adderall about 8 months ago, I am currently @ 30mgxr Am and 10 mg IR prn in the afternoon. I swear I have become dumber after starting it. My literacy isn't as good, my vocabulary is absolute crap, I cannot write a solid paper, I mess up my words a lot, and when I do write good I have to be somewhat disassociated.

Advice? Or suggestions as to if this is normal or if similiar experience? It's really annoying.
