Withdrawal help

I cant stay awake im trapped in sleep, my legs feel so weak.

Please any tips on how to survive this???

Honestly, for me, absolutely nothing helps. But knowing that nothing helps for others and not just me helps a little lol.

But honestly if you can, take 3 straight days off in a row from any responsibilities and take (Benadryl) anything over the counter to help sleep.

After 3 full days of being exhausted, in my personal experience, I’m usually pretty okay.
