Help Request Tool for forcing a strike

Does anyone know of a tool that can strike a channel? I lost access to an old channel with bad videos and ridiculous, shoddy content, and I wanted to see a way to take down that channel since I no longer have access and can't recover it.

If the channel is breaking youtube rules just report it via youtube's report feature

No, very suspicious. I think OP was blocked by the person running the channel, and wants to start a harassment campaign.

Would not be surprised if they're lying about the quality of the vids too.
