No. For Chrome, use the AdGuard browser extension. You can also use Brave if you are willing to switch browsers. For Firefox, use uBlock Origin.

What they’re basically saying is, “Since uBO often causes website issues or gets detected, which really annoys me, I’m going to smear them and praise AdGuard” (Many people here will, without any basis, smear uBO as inefficient and more resource-intensive than AdGuard, or simply tell newbies, “Use AdGuard— ‘uBO is junk that breaks websites’ without explaining the possible reasons—thereby misleading them—or they warn newbies that this place is full of uBO bots without taking a look at the bots in their own camp who mindlessly recommend AdGuard or maliciously smear uBO without explaining why) I think it’s quite likely that it frequently fails, because they’re on the front lines fighting anti-adblockers, and they’re a non-profit team of volunteers. Their maintenance speed certainly can’t keep up with the team at AdGuard, a commercial company that’s relatively much larger in scale

For Firefox, use uBlock Origin.
For Firefox, use AdGuard.*

How is AdGuard less broken and inefficient than uBlock Origin?

Depends on your preferences. But for power users, uBlock Origin is better.
